This ten part will briefly explore the factors that influence the decision to work in retirement, using seven key components: mindset, physical, emotional, intellectual, relationships, financial, and risk. Additionally, the essay will incorporate the TEAM framework (Time, Effort, Aggravation, and Money) from both a minimization and maximization perspective.
